Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
2.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the cub99 support team immediately. cub99 will not be liable for any transaction carried out by a third party unless it is proven to have resulted from cub99's own negligence.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended or withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Financial Transactions & Payments
All financial transactions on cub99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support Bangladesh's most popular payment methods for fast and secure transactions.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Deposited funds will be added to the account balance only after successful processing.
- Using a third-party payment method for deposits is strictly prohibited — you must use your own registered mobile banking or bank account.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes (for verified accounts).
- Withdrawals will only be paid to the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (see Section 4 below for details).
- cub99 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if unusual transactions or suspected fraud are identified.
3.3 Taxes & Charges
cub99 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are entirely your responsibility. Any applicable taxes on earnings from gaming must be paid by the relevant user.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on cub99. Specific conditions apply to the use of these bonuses, as detailed below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 gives you a ৳20,000 bonus due to the maximum cap, bringing your total balance to ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳20,000 to meet the wagering requirement (৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000). Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion can be claimed only once per user.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- cub99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If a promotion has specific terms, those will be stated on that promotion's page and will apply in addition to these general terms.
- If evidence is found of bonuses being claimed through fraudulent or improper means, the relevant account will be closed and all winnings forfeited.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Betting & Gaming Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed on the relevant game page. cub99 may change these limits without prior notice.
5.2 Technical Faults
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server outage, network issue, or software fault, cub99 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the stake. No claim based on incorrect figures or results displayed as a result of a technical fault will be accepted.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or any other automated method.
- Using multiple accounts to engage in arbitrage or bonus abuse.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the cub99 system.
- Collecting or using the account information of other users.
- Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes.
5.4 Sports Betting Special Policy
For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports, the odds displayed by cub99 are final. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be refunded.
VIP & Loyalty Program
Regular cub99 members can participate in a five-tier VIP program. Moving to a higher tier comes with additional benefits including weekly cashback.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Tier changes are determined at cub99's discretion and depend on sustained activity. VIP status may be revoked if an account is inactive for an extended period or if a policy violation occurs.
